Rights Respecting
We are a Rights Respecting school.
Our staff talk to the pupils about the big issues facing the world today.
Our Rights Respecting group champion the views of our pupil body about children’s rights and help put them into practice every day. Children’s rights are promoted and realised, and adults and children work towards this goal together.
There are four key areas of impact for children at a Rights Respecting school; wellbeing, participation, relationships and self-esteem.
A Rights Respecting School goes beyond the school gates, making a positive impact on the whole community.
